Terms, privacy & your data.
Everything that governs your use of Broker Promote — plainly written and kept up to date.
BrokerPromote is operated by Broker Promote, a Digistromer company, with its principal place of business at Office 3101, Vision Tower, Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“BrokerPromote”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). The platform is available at brokerpromote.com and app.brokerpromote.com (together, the “Platform”).
1. Introduction and Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Platform and all related services, features, websites, and applications (collectively, the “Services”). By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or otherwise accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a brokerage, company, or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity, and “you” and “Customer” refer to that entity. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.
2. Definitions
“Account” means the account registered by the Customer to access the Services. “Authorised User” means an individual (such as an agent, admin, or staff member) whom the Customer permits to use the Services under the Customer’s Account. “Customer Content” means all data, listings, media, text, and materials that the Customer or its Authorised Users upload, submit, or publish through the Services. “Subscription” means the paid plan selected by the Customer, as described in Section 5.
3. Eligibility and Accounts
The Services are intended for licensed UAE real estate brokerages, their owners, admins, and agents, and other business users. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your Account, and for the acts and omissions of your Authorised Users. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your Account.
4. The Services
The Platform is a multi-tenant software-as-a-service product for UAE real estate brokerages. Depending on your Subscription, the Services may include: branded property websites with same-day launch, custom domain and SSL; an AI marketing engine that generates and publishes marketing assets from a single property upload; an AI pipeline assistant; a CRM with a WhatsApp inbox and lead routing; live MLS and developer feed synchronisation; off-plan, secondary-sale, and rental listing workflows; a co-brokerage community network; real-time analytics; and bilingual English/Arabic support.
We may add, modify, or discontinue features from time to time and will use reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes that adversely affect core functionality. Third-party data (including MLS and developer feeds) is provided “as is” and its accuracy, availability, and timeliness depend on the relevant third parties.
5. Subscriptions, Fees, and Payment
The Services are offered on subscription plans. Current standard pricing is set out below and may be updated on the Platform from time to time:
| Plan | Price | Includes |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | AED 149/mo | 1 agent, 6 developer feeds, 100 active listings, 3 of 9 themes, custom domain + SSL, email support |
| Brokerage (most popular) | AED 399/mo | 5 agents, all developer feeds, 500 active listings, all 9 standard themes, compliance toolkit, priority support |
| Agency | AED 799/mo | 20 agents, all + custom feeds, unlimited listings, all 9 themes + custom, multi-office and white-label, dedicated support |
Prices are stated exclusive of applicable taxes (including UAE VAT), which will be added where required by law. Yearly billing saves approximately 20% compared with monthly billing. You may start for free without a payment card; no setup fees apply and you may cancel at any time.
Paid Subscriptions renew automatically for successive terms unless cancelled before the renewal date. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise us (and our payment processors) to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method on each renewal. Additional agent seats and add-ons are managed from your dashboard. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. We may change our fees on renewal by giving you reasonable prior notice.
6. Free Plan and Trials
Where a free plan or promotional offer is made available, we may modify or withdraw it at any time, and free usage may be subject to functional limits. We do not describe any offer as a “14-day free trial,” and no payment card is required to begin using the free plan.
7. Customer Content and Licence
You retain all ownership rights in your Customer Content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display Customer Content solely to the extent necessary to operate and provide the Services (including generating and publishing marketing assets and property pages at your direction).
You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights to your Customer Content, that its use through the Services does not infringe any third-party rights or violate any law, and that you are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of all listings and content you publish.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to, and not to permit any Authorised User to: (a) use the Services in violation of any applicable law; (b) publish false, misleading, or fraudulent listings; (c) upload malicious code or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform or other customers’ data; (d) reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense the Services except as expressly permitted; (e) use the Services to send unsolicited or unlawful communications; or (f) interfere with the integrity or performance of the Platform.
We may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached or where necessary to protect the Platform, other customers, or third parties.
9. Regulatory Compliance (Real Estate)
The Platform is compliance-ready: RERA presentation standards and DLD requirements are modelled into the listing schema, and a Trakheesi permit number is required before a listing can be published. The Platform enforces the presence and structure of required fields; it does not itself issue Trakheesi permits, Project NOCs, or any real estate licence.
BrokerPromote is a software provider only. It is not a licensed real estate broker, and it is not “RERA-licensed,” “RERA-approved,” or “government-approved.” You remain solely responsible for holding and maintaining your own DLD/RERA licences, obtaining valid permits and NOCs, and ensuring that every listing and advertisement you publish complies with all applicable DLD, RERA, and Trakheesi advertising requirements. Nothing in the Services constitutes legal, regulatory, financial, or investment advice.
10. Data Protection and Privacy
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law, including UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL).
Where you collect personal data from leads, buyers, or other individuals through the Services, you are responsible for having a lawful basis, providing a valid privacy notice, obtaining required consents (including opt-in for WhatsApp and marketing), and handling data-subject and deletion requests. As between the parties, you are the controller of Customer Content and personal data you collect, and we act as a processor to the extent we process such data on your behalf.
11. Intellectual Property
The Platform, the Services, and all associated software, designs, themes, trademarks, and content (excluding Customer Content) are owned by BrokerPromote or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes during your Subscription. No other rights are granted.
12. Third-Party Services and Integrations
The Services may integrate with or link to third-party services, including developer and MLS feeds, messaging platforms, payment processors, and social and property portals. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that third party’s terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their content.
13. Service Availability
We aim to provide reliable access to the Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Services may be unavailable during planned maintenance, updates, or events beyond our reasonable control. Any service-level commitments, if offered, will be set out in a separate agreement.
14. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will meet your requirements or produce any particular business result, or that third-party data will be accurate or complete.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to the Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will not exceed the total fees paid by you to us for the Services in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BrokerPromote and its affiliates, officers, and employees from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your Customer Content; (b) your use of the Services; (c) your breach of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any law or third-party right, including any real estate advertising or licensing requirement.
17. Suspension and Termination
You may cancel your Subscription at any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing period. We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, or where required by law.
On termination, your right to use the Services ends. We may delete Customer Content after a reasonable retention period, subject to applicable law and any data-export options made available to you.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on the Platform and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes will be notified by reasonable means. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
19. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Subject to any mandatory dispute-resolution provisions that apply under applicable law, the courts of Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination.
20. General
These Terms, together with any order and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them to an affiliate or successor. The English version of these Terms prevails over any translation.

Depending on the circumstances, our legal bases under the PDPL and applicable law include: performance of a contract with you; your consent (which you may withdraw at any time); compliance with a legal obligation; and our legitimate interests in operating and securing our business, where not overridden by your rights.
4. AI Features
Certain features use automated processing to generate marketing assets, qualify and score leads, and draft suggested replies from information you provide. These outputs are tools to assist you; you remain responsible for reviewing content before it is published or sent. We do not use your Customer Content to train third-party foundation models except as described in this Policy or with your instruction. We do not permit our AI sub-processors to use your Customer Content to train their models.
5. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to run the Platform, remember preferences, measure usage, and improve performance. You can control non-essential cookies through your browser settings or any cookie banner we provide. Disabling some cookies may affect functionality. See our Cookie Policy for details.
6. How We Share Personal Data
We do not sell personal data. We share it only as needed: with service providers and sub-processors who host, secure, analyse, and support the Platform (including cloud hosting, payment processing, messaging, and analytics providers), under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations; with third-party integrations you enable (such as developer/MLS feeds, WhatsApp, and social or property portals), according to your instructions; where required by law, regulation, or valid legal process; and in connection with a corporate transaction such as a merger or acquisition, subject to this Policy.
7. International Transfers
We and our service providers may process personal data outside the UAE, including where our engineering team and cloud infrastructure operate. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we take the steps required by the PDPL to ensure an adequate level of protection, including appropriate contractual safeguards such as the standard contractual clauses recognised by the UAE Data Office.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal data for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When data is no longer required, we delete or anonymise it. Customer Content is retained and deleted in line with your instructions and our Terms, subject to a reasonable post-termination retention period.
9. Security
We implement technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse, including access controls, encryption in transit, and monitoring. We are pursuing ISO 27001, ISO 42001, and SOC 2 (in progress). No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request erasure; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent; request portability; and lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details in Section 13.
Where we process personal data as a processor on a customer’s behalf, we will refer requests to the relevant customer (the controller) and support them in responding.
11. Marketing Communications and WhatsApp
We send marketing communications only where permitted by law and, where required, with your consent. WhatsApp and similar messaging for marketing requires prior opt-in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the opt-out mechanism in the message or by contacting us. Service and transactional messages are not marketing and may still be sent while your account is active.
12. Children
The Services are intended for business users and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
