BrokerPromote is a software-as-a-service platform for licensed UAE real estate brokerages. It is a technology provider only — it is not a licensed real estate broker or agent, not a government authority, and it does not provide brokerage, legal, valuation, or advisory services. Brokers act under their own DLD/RERA licences.
The platform is compliance-ready: RERA presentation standards and DLD requirements are built into the listing schema, and a valid Trakheesi permit number is required before a listing can be published. BrokerPromote does not issue Trakheesi permits, Project NOCs, or any real estate licence, and is not “RERA-licensed,” “RERA-approved,” or “government-approved.” Customers are solely responsible for holding valid licences and permits and for the accuracy and compliance of every listing they publish.
Listings, pricing, availability, and media synchronised from developer and MLS feeds (including Emaar, DAMAC, Nakheel, Meraas, Azizi, Ellington, Aldar, Samana, Select Group, and MAG) are provided by third parties “as is.” BrokerPromote is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party data.
